Both the York Open and the Youth York Open are held at the historic Railway Institute in York.

BY RAIL
If you are arriving by train, the Railway Institute is situated next to York. Station. The venue is a 5 minute walk. Just turn right as you leave the station main entrance.

PARK AND RIDE
The following Park & Ride services stop outside York Station: Askham Bar (no.3), Designer Outlet (no.7), Monks Cross (no. 9), Poppleton Bar (no.59) which are the closest to the Railway Institute.

On Saturday they start at 5.30am and on Sunday at 7.15am (Note there is a new timetable starting Sunday 29th March with additional buses for Easter)

The No. 2 stops at Museum Street, slightly further away from the Railway Station and the Railway Institute (10minute walk).
